🗒️ Overview

Circles-X is a Telco SaaS platform that enables anyone to launch their own telco with an off-the-shelf solution.

The Business Problem

After launching Telcos in multiple countries, Circles was still operating on a bespoke model, which is not sustainable to scale and support multiple country launches in the future.

Thus, we worked towards an industrialised launch model, a singular platform deployed as multiple instances which is configurable, extensible and built to target market needs.

The Design Problem

There is a lack of a consistent, global design system that works in tandem with the tech stack. The operator platform was built in a functional manner, without design involved at the start. This leads to poor information hierarchy and inconsistent design components.

The first change is to adopt a design-first approach in new and existing features. We need to build a world-class, scalable design system that can be applied to any market, with minimal bespoke design changes.
